The Finer Details

Early March in Mazatlán is dry, sunny and warm, and evenings at Observatorio 1873 bring a gentle ocean breeze. We'd love for you to dress in formal attire — think tailored suits and elegant dresses in light, breathable fabrics. Block heels or wedges are kind to the hilltop, and a light wrap or blazer is plenty for later in the night.

Colors we'd love to see

Warm sunset tones from the Mazatlán coast. We kindly ask guests to skip white and ivory.

Observatorio 1873 sits atop Cerro del Vigía, and parking up there is very limited, so we recommend leaving the car behind. Uber and taxis can drop you right at the entrance, and we're arranging a shuttle too. Enjoy the evening and let someone else do the driving.
